By accessing or using 2DECConvert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to create deceptive, misleading, or false advertising content.
• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the platform's systems or data.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the platform without authorisation.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the platform is created by artificial intelligence. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all generated content before publishing. 2DECConvert does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content. 6. Subscriptions and Credits

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each cycle. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload and AI-generated content you create. 2DECConvert retains ownership of the platform, including its software, design, and branding. You grant us a licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

2DECConvert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
