You must not use 2DECConvert to generate:

• Deceptive, false, or misleading advertising, including false product claims or fake testimonials.
• Content that is illegal, harmful, discriminatory, hateful, or promotes violence.
• Content that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Content related to counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, weapons, or regulated substances.
• Content that targets vulnerable groups or uses manipulative psychological tactics.
• Content that violates platform policies of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, or other channels.

4. Accuracy and Bias

AI models may reflect biases present in their training data. 2DECConvert does not guarantee that generated content is free from bias. We continuously work to improve our models, but you should evaluate all content for fairness, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity.

5. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the consequences of using AI-generated content in your marketing. 2DECConvert is not liable for any damages, losses, or penalties arising from your use of generated content, including claims of false advertising, intellectual property infringement, or regulatory violations.

6. Reporting Concerns

If you encounter AI-generated content that is inaccurate, harmful, or concerning, you can report it using the "Report Content" button available on generated assets. Our team will review reported content and take appropriate action, including retraining models or updating safeguards.

We are committed to responsible AI development. We regularly update our models, implement safety filters, and incorporate user feedback to improve content quality and reduce harmful outputs.
